Developed on the old Tate & Lyle sugar factory site in the heart of London Docklands 'Millennium Quarter', this cosmopolitan development was by far the largest at the time. Built by Galliard Homes the development Canary Central was completed in 2004. The site was originally occupied by Tate & Lyle which was the inspiration for the six buildings that form Canary Central being named after popular British artists; Gainsborough, Nash, Turner, Lowry, Moore and Constable House.

Canary Central benefits from a concierge, on-site resident's gymnasium, swimming pool and is ideally located walking distance to the station and Canary Wharf financial district.
